最后关于M247，官方是这么回复的，看得懂的小伙伴自己看吧，我就不翻译了，懒，哈哈。
We use M247 as our upstream in several locations (including in some locations where we have M247 + another upstream) – just note that our network performance will likely differ from theirs. Our arrangement allows us to to disable/prepend whatever carriers we do not want to use, and prefer any carriers that may be prepended on their network to save costs and/or keep their traffic ratios.
Hence – in the OP, I mentioned we’re still optimizing routes, and welcome feedback to improve it further, changes that might not directly apply to their network.

Our virtual private servers (VPS) carry a 7-day money back guarantee with a valid reason requirement. Valid reasons include issues which are caused directly due to the fault of HostHatch. Issues outside our control or network do not qualify for a refund.You may be charged for the resources you have used including but not limited to bandwidth, RAM and storage space. Upgrades, one-time fees, setup fees and licensing fees whatsoever are non-refundable. All other services except VPS are non-refundable.
A refund must be requested by opening a ticket with our billing department and providing an overview of the issue you had with the service, along with the appropriate evidence/logs providing it to be an issue caused due to the fault of HostHatch. A cancellation request is equivalent to deleting your server and does not warrant a refund request.
